Mobile Doctors Newsletter - March 2009
"This year promises to be an exceptional one, coming on the back of an outstanding year for Mobile Doctors in 2008. Last year saw the acquisition and full integration of Medifiche, completed with their relocation to the main office at Woodford Green; the wide take up of the new rehabilitation and diagnostic services provided in partnership with Nuffield Health; and witnessed the benefits of the changes made to the business via process re-engineering, substantially reducing administration costs. Our continued commitment to delivering faster, higher quality services for less, embracing the challenges set by an ever-changing marketplace, has culminated in record growth and a 30% increase in turnover.
With strong financial governance at our heart, consolidated by the substantial support recently secured from the Bank of Scotland, we are confident and enthused by prospects for 2009, with a number of exciting developments underway. Therefore we would like to welcome you to the inaugural Mobile Doctors newsletter, published every quarter to keep you up to date with the latest developments to our services, upcoming events and general news. We welcome any comments and feedback to help us progress from strength to strength."
Matthew Game, Chief Executive Officer
News:
Sharing savings with our customers: reduced WAD grade physiotherapy fees
We kicked-off 2009 by announcing a price reduction of up to 40% for our Whiplash-Associated Disorders (WAD) physiotherapy. This was made possible by the success and number of instructions we have received for physiotherapy treatment during the first 12 months of our exclusive partnership with Nuffield Health. We strongly believe that it is only fair to share our operational cost savings with our customers during these testing economic times, and hope to offer similar reductions where possible in the future.

Supporting BRAKE throughout 2009:
Following our donation to Brake last year in lieu of sending out Christmas Cards, we are pleased to announce the continuation of our support throughout 2009. Brake is an independent national road safety charity, which aims to reduce death and injuries on the road through education and campaigning, and support those injured or bereaved. Having seen first hand the devastating consequences of road traffic accidents, we are committed to helping Brake in its life-saving work.
For more on Brake, please click here.
Paul Crowther, Sales and Marketing Director will be taking part in a Olympic distance London triathlon event on the 2nd August with the money raised being donated to Brake. We will keep you informed of plans and where sponsor donations can be made, closer to the date.

Events
Mobile Doctors exhibited at Post Magazine's Motor Claims Conference on 12th February in London, which turned out to be a great success. The conference was fully attended by leading insurance claims directors and managers, solicitors and accident management companies. We presented our latest products and innovations including the physiotherapy treatment for "Whiplash Associated Disorders», intended to reduce the overall cost of personal injury claims. We were also proud to demonstrate our online case management system which would give accident management companies, solicitors and insurers the ability to track live cases as well as being able to gather important management information relating to the medico legal aspect of a claim. Mobile Doctors continue to meet with many of the industry's leading insurers to develop future working relationships.
