Recoverability and Invoicing
- Overland Health’s liaison team are experienced in approaching third parties to confirm funding
on your behalf reducing fee earner administration - Once the Initial Assessment has been completed and the course of treatment prescribed,
Overland Health will forward a copy of the rehabilitation invoice to the Third Party and will
contact them by phone shortly thereafter with the aim of negotiating the recovery of the invoice - If there is a circumstance where Overland Health has been unable to recover the invoice prior to
settlement, there is a need for you to include the invoice for consideration when submitting the
settlement pack
