Fast Track Cases
The market has undergone a number of changes which focus on reducing time lines and costs when dealing with fast track cases. This is where typically damages will not exceed £15,000 or for RTA claims, up to £10,000.
Mobile Doctors have invested in technology to ensure we are fully compliant with recent judicial processes (April 2010) which enables insurers, claimant lawyers and compensators to exchange claim related documentation, including medical reports.
Our sophisticated Direct Data Exchange technology facilitates a flawless exchange of data between Mobile Doctors and our customers for each case we process. The rapid system guarantees the integrity of the data exchanged between both companies, speeding up communication and saving money.
Although we are mindful of developing advanced technological solutions, we still provide a service which assists our customers who wish to work with us using more traditional methods.
Once you register with Mobile Doctors we encourage our customers to use our online facilities to:
- Obtain nominations (if required, under the MRO Agreement, this is no longer necessary)
- Instruct us
- Book appointments
- Keep track of your clients’ case progress
