Our People
Since Syn4 was founded we have created a collaborative culture where talented individuals, working together, can deliver and then achieve successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
We only use ‘qualified’ agents from a variety of aligned backgrounds, enabling us to draw on their knowledge and experience when required. Our agents have been trained and have the only recognised qualification currently available within this industry – AVA Level 4 Certificate in Incident, Fraud & Claims Investigation (QCF). These agents are self-employed, are paid per instruction, not commission, and therefore provide objective information.
We strongly believe that the people representing your company should be professional, reliable and presentable.
